For years, Wajdi carried this idea in his heart — a cozy little coffee shop where good food, real coffee, and warm energy come together effortlessly. In 2025, while still studying at FH Aachen, he finally took the leap of faith… and built what he had been dreaming of all along.

Nomi is inspired by the world — from authentic single-origin roasted coffee to homemade cake recipes, NYC-inspired bagels, and Wajdi’s Mediterranean roots. Everything you taste here was chosen with care, crafted with love, and made to feel like home.

Even the little details matter. Our porcelain mugs are handmade by a small artisan business in Nabeul, Tunisia — because for Wajdi, the experience isn’t just about coffee… it’s about the feeling you get when you step inside.
